Bean Salad


Here’s a simple yet delicious and nutritious recipe to get you started:

Butter Bean Salad

  • A jar of butter beans or 1 cup soaked overnight
  • Mixed greens: watercress, spinach, rocket
  • Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Sliced radishes
  • Sliced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of Himalayan Salt
  • A pinch of sumac

Mix well and enjoy with a slice of sourdough bread.
